This website, retirementboise.com (the “Site”), is operated by Virtucom (“we,” “us”). The Brighthome Retirement experience presented here is a showcase demonstration of Virtucom’s community website, chat, and voice-assistant platform. This policy explains what information the Site collects and how it is used.
Contact and tour forms. If you submit a form, we receive the details you provide (such as your name, email address, phone number, and message) so we can respond.
Website chat assistant. Messages you type into the chat are processed by our AI service providers to generate responses, and conversations may be reviewed to improve service quality. Please do not share sensitive personal, medical, or financial information in the chat.
Phone assistant. Calls to our published phone number are answered by an AI virtual assistant. Calls are recorded and transcribed, and may be shared with our service providers for quality and training, as disclosed at the start of each call. If you leave your contact details, we use them to follow up on your request. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 90 days.
Usage information. Like most websites, the Site may collect standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) through server logs and analytics to understand how the Site is used.
We use the information described above to respond to your inquiries, provide and improve the Site and its assistants, and follow up when you ask us to. If you opt in to receive email from us, every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the Site (such as hosting, email delivery, and AI processing), and only for the purposes described here.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@retirementboise.com. You can decline the phone assistant’s recording disclosure and end the call at any time, and you can use the Site without using the chat.
