Your home, without the upkeep

Independent living at Grovepoint is for people who want their own front door and their own routine, without the cooking, cleaning and repairs that come with a house. You furnish your apartment your way; we take care of the rest.

Residents come and go as they like, have friends over, keep a car or use the community shuttle, and join as much or as little of the calendar as they want.

What independent living includes

• A studio, one bedroom or two bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, a walk-in shower and an emergency call system
• Three meals a day in the dining room, plus the bistro between meals
• Weekly housekeeping and linen service
• All maintenance, utilities and wifi
• The full activity calendar and every other week outings
• The community shuttle on Tuesdays and Thursdays for appointments in town and Wednesdays for groceries

Medication management can be added if you want it. If your needs change later, assisted living is in the same building, with the same people.

Pets welcome

Cats and small dogs under 25 pounds are welcome in independent living, one per apartment. There is a short pet agreement and a deposit; Helen Marsh walks you through both. Visiting dogs on a leash are always welcome.

The easiest way to know if Grovepoint fits is to walk through it. Tours are weekdays 10 to 4 and Saturdays 10 to 2, Mountain time, and take about 45 minutes. Call (208) 448-8777 and Agatha can book a time while you are on the phone, or send us a note and we will call you back.
