Assisted living keeps everything about independent living, your own apartment, meals, the calendar and the shuttle, and adds a care team that helps with the parts of the day that have become harder: bathing, dressing, getting around, remembering medications.
The level of care is set with you and your family after an assessment by our nurse, and it is reviewed whenever something changes.

When one partner needs more help than the other, care is added for the person who needs it and the couple keeps living together. Two bedroom apartments are usually where couples start.
