One monthly fee

Grovepoint charges one monthly fee for the apartment and the life around it. There is no entrance fee.

Your apartment	Studio, one bedroom or two bedroom, with kitchenette, walk-in shower and emergency call system
Utilities and wifi	Included
Meals	Three a day in the dining room, plus the bistro
Housekeeping	Weekly, with linen service
Maintenance	Everything, inside and out
Activities	The full calendar and the every other week outings
Transportation	The community shuttle

Care in assisted living and memory care is added by level, based on the nurse’s assessment.

How pricing works

Pricing depends on the apartment and the level of care, so we go through it in person rather than post a number that may not fit. Helen Marsh, our community advisor, walks families through the costs on a tour, along with what is and is not included and how care levels are set.

See it in person

The easiest way to know if Grovepoint fits is to walk through it. Tours are weekdays 10 to 4 and Saturdays 10 to 2, Mountain time, and take about 45 minutes. Call (208) 448-8777 and Agatha can book a time while you are on the phone, or send us a note and we will call you back.
